3.8/5 – Lush – The Greeench is a natural deodorant. A blend of natural herbs and powders to keep your armpits dry and comfortable. It can also be used on your feet or anywhere else on your body, without causing irritation.
The downsides to this product:
– Some powder will be lost as it falls from your hands during application or does not stick well to the underarms, as it is quite fine and lightweight. It will stick better to armpits with some hair, freshly waxed or shaven pits may have trouble holding on to the powder.
– It takes quite a bit of powder to provide protection, especially on warm or high stress days

Suitable for most skin types and both sexes – it may irritate those with sensitive or broken skin.

The Greench alone will keep the smell of sweat away for 3 to 5 hours, at which time a reapplication may be necessary. If you are applying while fully dressed, powder will most likely end up on your clothes – however it is easy to brush away and will not leave any marks.
If this is applied in the morning and followed by a spray of natural deodorant, for example Green Beaver or Neal’s Yard Remedies, the effect is prolonged and there is roughly 8 to 10 hours of odour protection.

Lush has minimal packaging to their products, and say that currently 90% of their packaging is recyclable and the aim is for 100%. They encourage reusing, recycling, and composting of their containers. The stores like to re-use their black pots, for example as art, and it is encouraged to bring them back to the store.
