4.8/5 – Hola Deodorant is a natural cream based deodorant that will provide odour protection for 8-12 hours. It also has some properties similar to antiperspirant, it will not stop perspiration altogether however the cream will absorb some moisture, which slows and reduces the appearance of wetness – often dampness did not show through white clothing; however the efficacy may depend on the personal situation.

It will not leave any marks or residue on clothing.

It has been tested in all climates and provided protection in all situations – in the Caribbean in February a second application was needed during the day but it kept sweat and odour at bay.

During a long haul flight it kept pits dry and odour free.

During a stressful work day which included overtime and a long transit commute home that encountered problems, there was some dampness and a small wet mark on the shirt, but no odour from the pits.

Hola has four different scents available – Tea Tree Cedar, Lemon Eucalyptus, Lavender Lime, and Coconut Citrus. All types had the same favourable outcome, it is largely a personal preference as to scent. Hola even offers a sampler set where you can purchase 3 small containers – 1 of each variety, to help you make your choice for a favourite.

Suitable for all skin types and both sexes. It was crafted with sensitive skin in mind so it is especially soft on sensitive skin, and will not sting if used over small cuts.

A glass jar will last a good length of time, even during hot weather when a reapplication is needed throughout the day. A 65 grams jar should last about 3 months. The shelf life is about a year, but storing it in a cool, dry place may prolong that.

Hola Deodorant began as Fable Naturals, and after five years the owners decided to work solely on their deodorant line.
As the products are all natural and vegan, they are also biodegradable. The deodorant comes in lightweight glass jars, except the sample pack – those are recyclable plastic – and also reusable, if you do not want to travel with a glass jar, you can fill some from the glass jar into the lighter weight plastic and easily take it on the go. Either the glass or plastic fit easily in carry on, purses, gym bags, or in the car.
The company does not have a specific environmental ethos.
