Senza Bamboo‘s founder was disgraced at the number of plastic toothbrushes filling landfills and oceans, and has been creating alternatives.
Packaging is paper and if Senza Bamboo must use plastic wrap it is ‘compostable plastic’.
*Note – compostable plastic should still be discarded with waste, it is not recyclable nor i it directly compostable. It should not be thrown into a green bin or with food waste. It requires the conditions of regular garbage in order to break down. It is still plastic, however it will decompose faster than oil-based plastic.
