4.5/5 – The Ordinary, Deciem Caffeine Solution eye cream is more of an oil, but not at all oily. Using the dropper, put a small amount on either the ring finger or pinky and dab in a circular motion around the ocular bone.
A little of this in the morning will revitalize the eyes all day long. Depending on your tolerance to caffeine, perhaps do not use this at night. Having said that if the plan is to pull an all-nighter, then this will keep you looking awake for hours!
