4.2/5 – This is an exfoliant for the entire body, with a coffee smell and texture. The smell is in itself a wake-up call so this is great for coffee lovers.
The consistency from the jar is quite thick and it will be in a large brick, which by itself may pose some difficulty in application. If applied directly to the skin, it will work, but some product will be lost as it falls to the floor – so the advise is to use this once you are already in the shower.
It will also work into the skin better if the skin is already damp.
Can be used on the face as a strong exfoliant. For best results mix with a cleanser to build a lather.
A great morning exfoliant; it clears the skin and smells like a cup of coffee – it is quite the wake-up.
Since 80% of what goes on your skin is absorbed, using this method as a morning routine is a cup of coffee for your face!
In the short term, this will open all pores and is gentle on the skin, for a clean and clear feeling. The light scent of coffee will stay for 1-2 hours.
In the long-term this left pores open and helped remove blackheads for good. After two months of twice weekly use on the face, persistent blackheads have not returned. With a weekly full body application, some body acne has not returned either.
It is a nice massage when rubbed into the skin and helps with cellulite.
Suitable for men and women, with most skin types.
