Tea Tree Oil Uses

Household Necessities – Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil (melaleuca oil or ti tree oil) is an essential oil derived from the leaves of the Melaleuca Alternifolia which is a shrub also known as the narrow-leaved paperbark or narrow-leaved tea tree. It is native to Southeast Queensland and to North East New South Wales, Australia.
In many natural products, tea tree oil is a common ingredient as it has been shown to have many benefits, in fact so many that every house should have at least one bottle of tea tree oil to hand, ideally one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Tea tree oil is a multi-functioning and highly versatile element for the home.
