2.5/5 – It works well as a shampoo bar in the short-term, after prolonged use it may strip the hair of moisture and an additional conditioner will be needed.
This bar does not lather well and may be difficult to apply evenly to wet hair.
Although it may not be suitable for daily use, it is excellent as a shampoo for after the gym. It is great for removing sweat from the hair and as it is a bar it is very compact and portable.
Avo Co-Wash is not a very good body soap, as it can leave a soapy build up on the skin; it is difficult to rinse off as it can be quite sticky.
