Now Vitamin C Acai Berry Toner is a light toner, suitable for all skin types and ages. Refreshing and soothing, fast drying; if applied while wearing make-up it will not cause it to run.
It does come in a plastic bottle with a flip top lid. This makes application possible in a few ways: the first is to place a few drops on your fingers and rub onto the face, second (not recommended due to loss of product) drop a little onto a cotton swab (preferably reusable) and wipe across face and neck, or third use to refill a spray bottle and squirt onto the face.
