It may take a little practice to get the right look, but with the right tools this make-up will glow for several hours (how long it will last depends on how much product is used and where it is applied).
The make up will wash off quite easily with warm water and soap or a cleanser, a separate make up remover is not needed however it may make it even easier to wash off.
