The effectiveness if the product however seems to have less impact over time. After a few weeks the product seemed to lose some of it potency as skin became used to it. The score awarded to this product is balanced between the fact that there are no short or long term skin effects yet it is buoyed by the fact that Eminence is a well respected brand that uses quality, organic ingredients.
Opinion – the best time to use this is the morning the night after using an exfoliate.
If your plan is to add a daily toner to your routine, you may choose this one due to the fact that it unclogs pores with all natural ingredients. Many toners claim to unclog pores but they actually clogging them with harmful substances. Eminence Neroli Tonic is a nice, light, natural mist. It does absorb into the skin quickly and works well with moisturisers.
